Vermicelli's rice paper rolls consist of a mixture of fresh herb, vegetables, rice vermicelli and a feature ingredient, which defines the roll such as seasoned prawn, sesame beef, garlic soy tofu and our signature roll Vermicelli chicken. These ingredients are then wrapped in thin semi-transparent rice paper to create the healthy neatly packaged roll. Unlike the boring, mostly bland salads currently in the market, Vermicelli's salad dressings are made from scratch with our very own secret recipes. Even our Caesar dressing is distinctly different. Vermicelli's salads take advantage of our fresh local produce to create a healthy, tasty and fulfilling choice for lunch. Its uniqueness is that of flavoursome without being drenched in dressing. At the same time, the salads have substance that will satisfy any appetite Vermicelli soups will be made up of a combination of authentic Asian soups and homemade traditional favourites.
